Consulting for Hokkaido Aviation Business Network (HAB) Companies
On December 15 and 16, 2020, at the request of the Hokkaido Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry of METI and the Hokkaido Machinery Industry Association, HAB provided consulting services to Chuo Nameplate Manufacturing Ishikari Plant (Ishikari City), World Yamauchi Corporation (Kitahiroshima City), Nagasawa Machinery Co. (Muroran City), and Chimera Corporation's second factory and main factory (Muroran City).
In Hokkaido, efforts have been underway since 2016, led by the Hokkaido Aviation Business Network (HAB), with the aim of getting local industries to participate in the aerospace industry. Many companies in Hokkaido are capable of integrated production of parts, such as material procurement ⇒ cutting ⇒ parts processing ⇒ surface treatment ⇒ painting ⇒ shipping, which is required by overseas companies to be involved in the aerospace industry in the region, and I felt that they have potential for the future.
